Abstract
한강시민공원은 시민들이 여가활동을 즐길 수 있는 대표적인 수변공간이며, 복합적으로 다양한 요소들이 결합된 공간으로서 그 가치는 지속적으로 상승하고 있다. 하지만 서울의 빠른 산업화로 인해 도심 내 자연환경이 감소하면서 한강에 대한 접근성이 낮아졌다. 그래서 우리는 한강이라는 환경적 자원을 활용하여 쾌적하고 살기 좋은 도시로 만들기 위해 시민들의 요구에 맞추어 지속적으로 문화생활을 즐길 수 있는 자연친화적인 여가공간이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 도심 내 여가활동에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 한강시민공원을 중심으로 이용자의 접근성을 고려하여 그들의 행태 및 인식을 통해 한강 접근성의 문제점을 도출하고, 향후 한강시민공원의 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 한강의 이용자 특성은 젊은 세대가 많으며, 한강 방문빈도가 1-2회(월 기준) 정도이고, 동행인은 가족 및 연인 단위의 비중이 높으며, 교통수단은 대중교통 및 자동차를 주로 활용하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이용자의 한강 접근 만족도는 연령계층 중 20-30대가 불만족의 비중이 상당히 높았지만, 향후 접근성이 개선된다면 대부분 재방문의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이용자의 접근 문제점 인식을 확인해보면, 20-30대는 도보 불편, 보행 및 자전거 출입구 부족을 많이 선택하였다. 또한 한강 방문 시 교통수단에서 자동차는 주차 공간 및 비용 문제가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이용자의 접근성 개선방안 인식 중 20대는 셔틀버스 운행, 보행 및 자전거 출입구 설치를 많이 선택하였고, 30대는 자동차 전용도로 지하화를 높은 비율로 선택하였다. 한강 방문 목적 중 운동 및 산책은 보행 및 자전거 출입구 설치와 자동차 전용도로 지하화가 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 한강 방문 시 교통수단 중 도보 및 자전거는 보행 및 자전거 출입구 설치에 높은 응답을 나타냈고, 자동차는 자동차 전용도로 지하화를 가장 많이 선택하였다. 따라서 위 분석결과를 바탕으로 한강시민공원의 이용자 접근성 개선 인식을 반영한 정책적 시사점을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 이용자의 도보 거리를 줄일 수 있는 버스 정류장 신설과 지하철 역사와 연결할 수 있는 셔틀버스 증대를 통해 접근성에 대한 인식을 긍정적으로 변화시켜야 한다. 그리고 이용자들이 방문할 때 필요한 보행 및 자전거 출입구 수를 증가시켜서 이용 접근성을 강화해야 하며, 먼 거리에서 방문하는 이용자를 위해 적절한 주차비용을 산정하고, 주차 공간을 신설하여 접근성을 증대시켜야 한다. 주제어 : 한강시민공원, 이용자 접근성, 교통수단, 접근 만족도, 접근성의 문제점 및 개선방안|The Han-Gang Park was representative waterfront where was enjoying leisure activity for citizen and the utility value is continuous increased as space that various elements was mixed. However, The Han-Gang Park get lower accessibility. natural environment within metro downtown is decreased by the rapid industrialization of Seoul. So, we need natural leisure space that has consistently enjoying cultural life focusing on requirement of citizen, using environment resources in Han-Gang Park for making livable urban spaces. Therefore, the purpose of research is as follows. Through behavior and awareness of user, we will find problem of accessibility in Han-Gang Park and will suggest Improvement for activation of Han-Gang Park in the future focused on Han-Gang Park where turned up important role in the leisure activity within urban area. Characteristics of user in Han-Gang Park showed that it is a great of younger generation, once and twice a month in frequency of visit, family and lover in companion, transportation and car. The access satisfaction of user in Han-Gang Park showed that the 20-30 ages more likely to choose dissatisfaction. But, if is improvement of accessibility, the re-visit intention much emerged in the future. The access problem of user in Han-Gang Park showed that the 20-30 ages more likely to choose inconvenient walk, lack of entrance for walk and bicycle. Also, the car in transportation indicates the problems of parking space and fee. The awareness of improvement method for accessibility of user in Han-Gang Park showed that the 20 ages more likely to choose shuttle bus, entrance of walk and bicycle. 30 ages indicates selection of high ratio. Exercise and walk in visit purpose are more likely to install entrances of walk and bicycle and motorways underground. Walk and bicycle in transportation point out high response that is entrances of walk and bicycle and motorways underground. Therefore, we change positively accessibility image of user in Han-Gang Park, increase bus station decreasing walk distance and shuttle bus connecting subway station. When user visiting, it should install entrances of walk and bicycle, must estimate appropriate parking fee and extend parking space.
