Abstract
In most of machines such as industrial machinery, automobile, aircraft, hydraulic hose path is an important element for transmitting power by connecting hydraulic device. In order to design accurate path of hydraulic hose, designers predict its path by using virtual reality based simulation software of flexible. However, there is a problem that a distance difference between virtual path applying mechanical properties obtained through material test and actual path is occurred. Under this situation, in this thesis, a method of handily generating virtual path having least distance difference with actual hydraulic hose path on CAD system is presented. First, it was learned that a factor affecting hydraulic hose path most significantly was bending stiffness and bending stiffness when distance difference between actual path and virtual path was the least was called as virtual bending stiffness. Additionally, by analyzing error rate based on hydraulic hose length, a length that may represent one hydraulic hose model was identified and reliability of virtual bending stiffness was verified. Finally, an interface for using a path predicted in simulation software of flexible in CAD system conveniently was developed. Through this, designers could use more accurate hydraulic hose path by reducing repeated manual work.| 대부분의 산업기계나 자동차, 항공기와 같은 기계에서 유압 호스의 경로는 유압 기기를 연결하여 동력을 전달하는데 있어 중요한 요소이다. 설계자는 유압 호스의 정확한 경로 설계를 위해 가상현실 기반의 유연체 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 사용하여 경로를 예측한다. 하지만 재료 시험을 통해 얻은 기계적 성질을 적용한 가상 경로와 실제 경로 사이에 거리차가 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실제 유압 호스의 경로와 가장 거리차가 적은 가상 경로를 CAD 시스템 상에서 편리하게 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 유압 호스의 경로에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자가 굽힘 강성임을 알아냈고, 실제 경로와 가상 경로의 거리차가 가장 적을 때의 굽힘 강성을 가상 굽힘 강성이라고 하였다. 더불어 유압 호스의 길이에 따른 오차율을 분석하여 하나의 유압 호스 모델을 대표할 수 있는 길이를 알아냈고 가상 굽힘 강성의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 최종적으로 유연체 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어에서 예측한 경로를 CAD시스템에서 편리하게 이용하기 위한 인터페이스를 개발하였다. 이를 통해 설계자들이 반복적인 수작업을 절감하고, 보다 높은 정확성을 가진 유압 호스 경로를 사용할 수 있도록 한다.; In most of machines such as industrial machinery, automobile, aircraft, hydraulic hose path is an important element for transmitting power by connecting hydraulic device.
