급진적 창의성, 점진적 창의성에 관한 다수준 연구

Abstract

급진적/점진적 창의성의 개념을 새롭게 팀 수준에 적용하여 팀의 급진적/점진적 창의성에 영향을 주는 팀 성향, 팀 프로세스 변수들과의 관계를 다수준 연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 먼저 개인 및 팀의 급진적/점진적 창의성을 측정하는 척도의 타당도를 검증하였다. 다수준 구조방정식 분석을 통해, 팀 급진적/점진적 창의성에 미치는 팀 탐색학습의 중요성을 확인하고, 팀 위험감수성향이 갖는 긍정적 또는 부정적 효과도 확인하였다. 팀 자체의 창의성은 개인 창의성이 팀 수준으로 구성된 창의성과는 구별되는 개념임을 확인하고, 개인 창의성으로는 설명되어지지 않는 고유한 영역이 있으며, 그것은 팀 성향과 팀 프로세스의 영향을 받는 것임을 밝혀냈다.|This study examined the effects of team characteristics and team process on team radical and incremental creativity.
