Abstract
전 세계 네트워크 장비 시장을 위한 해외 글로벌 장비 업체가 상대적으로 국내 네트워크 장비 업체에 비해 시장 점유율 및 기술력이 높다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 국내 네트워크 장비 시장에서도 해외 글로벌 장비가 시장 점유율의 과반수를 차지한다. 본 연구에서는 후발 기업인 국내 네트워크 장비 업체가 선발 기업인 해외 글로벌 장비 업체를 따라잡기 위한 전략적 방안으로 극복대안 전략인 모방전략과 차별화전략의 특징 및 성공사례를 분석해 보았다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 네트워크 장비 업체의 제품과 관련한 모방전략과 차별화 전략이 기술역량 향상과 시장점유율 확보에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 지 실증적 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과, 기술역량의 결정요소 중 생산능력과 네트워킹(연계)능력 향상에는 모방전략이 효과적이었으며, 투자능력과 혁신능력 향상에는 차별화전략이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 시장점유율의 결정요소 중 가격 경쟁력과 제품의 인식에는 차별화전략이 효과적이었고, 제품의 재 구매 의향에서는 모방전략이 효과적이었다. 종합적으로 기술역량과 시장점유율을 모두 고려했을 때, 국내 네트워크 장비 업체가 현 상황을 극복하기 위한 효과적인 방법으로는 차별화 전략이 우세함을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 국내 네트워크 장비 업체들의 시장 및 기술 경쟁력 확보를 위한 실질적 전략을 기술경영 측면에서 구체적으로 제시한 것이라 할 수 있으며, 이는 국내 네트워크 장비 산업의 실질적 효과 창출을 위한 전략적 토대를 마련하는 기회가 될 것으로 사려 된다.|Global network equipment manufactures have high technical capacity and market share compared as Korean network equipment manufactures in Global market. Likewise, the global network equipment manufactures take up more than half of Korean market share. The Korean equipment manufactures as late mover catching up the global network equipment manufactures as advanced mover need to look at some strategies. There are imitation and differentiation strategies as methods of overcome. The paper is research whether these strategies have an effect on technical capacity improvement and market share expansion in Korean market. The decision factors of the technical capacity are related on production, networking, investment and innovation capacity. The decision factors of the market share are related on price competitiveness, product recognition and repurchase intention. Through the empirical verification, the imitation strategy has an effect on production and networking capacity improvement. And the differentiation strategy has an effect on investment and innovation capacity improvement in the technical capacity. In side of the market share, the imitation strategy has an effect on only repurchase intention. The differentiation strategy has an affect on price competitiveness and product recognition. Overall, the Korean network equipment manufactures catching up the global equipment manufactures are more helpful in differentiation strategy. The significance of the study is that shows practical tactic in side of Management of Technology for market and competitive technology strength of the Korean network equipment manufactures. Also, it provides chances the basis for tactical and strategic for actual creation effects.; Global network equipment manufactures have high technical capacity and market share compared as Korean network equipment manufactures in Global market.
