Abstract
친환경 자동차 중 하이브리드 자동차는 엔진과 모터를 이용하여 자동차를 구동하므로 모터의 효율이 전체 시스템 효율에 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러므로 설계 시 모터의 효율을 향상시키는 것이 중요하다. 그리고 구동모터의 고속 운전 시 모터의 선간유기전압이 전압제한을 초과하면 전압 부족 현상에 의해 출력이 감소하므로 설계 시 선간유기전압의 고조파를 저감하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모터의 효율을 저하시키는 주요 손실 중 동손과 철손을 저감하여 모터의 효율을 향상시키고자 하였으며, 모터의 효율 산정 시 기존 운전점별 입력 대비 출력으로 산정하던 방식 대신 대상 HEV에서 모터가 주로 운전되는 주운전영역과 운전점별 가중치를 이용하여 모터의 주운전영역 효율을 산정 함으로써 전체 사용되는 Energy를 고려한 Energy Efficiency 관점에서 접근 하고자 하였다. 그리고 모터의 형상 최적 설계를 통해 선간유기전압의 고조파를 저감 하였다. |A Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) is a type of hybrid vehicle and electric vehicle that combines a conventional internal combustion system with an electric system. Power of HEV is sum of engine power and motor power, so system efficiency can be affected by motor efficiency. Motor for HEV need to have wide operating range. When operating motor in high speed, induced voltage is distorted and its harmonics exceed voltage limit. It can cause degrade power of motor in high speed operating range. For these reasons, it is important to improve motor efficiency and reduce harmonics of induced voltage in design of motor. In this paper, motor efficiency is improved by reducing copper loss & iron loss of motor and is calculated considering motor main operating region and target HEV driving cycle. This approach can consider energy efficiency of motor, unlike method of conventional motor efficiency calculation.
