Abstract
Four different kinds of electrical heating nonwoven fabrics were developed by a simple tape casting method with the Lipase-MWCNT. The MWCNTs were highly dispersed by Lipase without any influence of their electronic properties. Orthogonal optimization test method was used to optimize the level of each factor. With no peeling and stiff problem as precondition, the concentration of Lipase solution is 1mg/ml, the mass ratio of binder agent to MWCNT is 2 ml/g, and room temperature treatment was the best test group for achieving a better electrical conductivity. As a result, the L-MWCNT coated bamboo nonwoven fabric show the best electrical conductivity and electrical heating performance from room temperature to the suitable warm temperature for human within few minutes depending on the different applied voltage.
