Abstract
전도성 고분자는 가볍고 비교적 가격이 저렴하다는 장점 외에 합성 시에 기능성기의 변화나 곁 사슬의 길이에 따라서 물리적인 특성도 조절이 가능하다. 따라서 최근 여러 가지 전자소자와 같은 응용분야에서 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 이러한 전도성 고분자의 성질 중 결정성이 매우 중요한데, 그 이유는 결정도에 상승에 따라 성능이 향상되기 때문이다. 이번 논문에서는 용매 없이 공융계를 이용하여 고분자 결정을 제조하는 방법에 대해서 논한다. 제작된 고분자 결정을 X-선 회절을 통해 분석한다. 또한 공융계를 구성하는 고분자와 매트릭스간의 시뮬레이션을 통해 어떠한 매트릭스가 공융계에서 고분자와의 상호작용에 유리한지를 결합에너지 관점에서 알아본다.|Conducting polymers have a great deal of benefits not only lightness, low price but also tunability. Many researchers have applied conducting polymers across a range of fields including electronic devices. Control of the crystallinity of conducting polymers is very important because the physical and electrical performance strongly increase with the crystallinity. In this research, I introduced eutectic melt crystallization for fabricating highly crystalline conducting polymers. The polymer crystals prepared by our eutectic melt method are analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The binding energy between polymer and matrix is calculated using simulation and checked the favorable matrix for the eutectic crystallization.; Conducting polymers have a great deal of benefits not only lightness, low price but also tunability.
