수요 반응 프로그램 시 소비자의 불편함을 고려한 최적 인센티브 결정

Abstract

본 논문은 수요 관리 사업자 측면에서의 최적 인센티브 결정에 관하여 다룬다. 수요 관리 사업자의 목적은 수용가 소비자들의 전기 사용 패턴의 특성을 고려하면서 수요 관리 사업자의 이득을 최대화 할 수 있는 적절한 인센티브를 결정하는 것이다. 수요 관리 사업자의 이득이 최대화 될 수 있는 적절한 인센티브를 소비자에게 지급하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 소비자의 불편 지수와 인센티브의 관계를 가정하였다. 사례 연구에서는 가정 내 사용되는 가전 기기의 종류를 크게 3가지로 분류 하였으며, 각각에 대한 보유 비율을 가정하였다. 소비자들의 다양한 특성이 반영된 수요 반응 프로그램 구현을 위하여 소비자의 불편 지수와 인센티브의 관계를 통하여 매집된 수용가 소비자들의 특성을 두 가지로 나누었다. 이를 바탕으로 수요 반응 프로그램에 대한 매집된 소비자들의 참여율, 즉 불편 지수 별로 시나리오를 생성하여 수요 관리 사업자의 이득의 변화를 분석하도록 하겠다.|This paper deals with the optimal incentive determination from the perspective of the LA. The objective of the LA is to maximize their profit taking into account the characteristics of the residential consumers. In order to reflect the features, the discomfort of consumers is modeled based on the probability of the use of home appliances. The different values of the consumers’ discomfort are applied to the each consumer. Therefore, the LA can offer the optimal incentive in accordance with the allowable discomfort of the consumers for the LA’s maximum profits.; This paper deals with the optimal incentive determination from the perspective of the LA.
