- 본 연구는 진성리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 이 관계에서 Big5 성격요인의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 다음과 같이 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 리더의 진성 리더십이 조직구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향, 리더의 진성 리더십과 조직구성원의 조직몰입의 관계에서 Big5 성격요인의 조절효과를 알아보고자 한다.
