Abstract

본 연구에서는 상담자의 자기분화 수준이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 정서인식 명확성이 두 변인간의 관계를 매개하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 상담자들이 상담 장면에서 내담자로부터 느껴지는 역전이를 효과적으로 활용하고 관리하기 위해 역전이 관리능력에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악하고자하였다. |This study examined the effects of counselor's self-differentiation level on countertransference management ability. In addition, it aimed to look into whether emotional clarity mediates the relationship between the two variables.
