Abstract
연구를 통해 편의점(CVS) 식품 정보향상으로 모바일 애플리케이션을 사용하기에 편리한 환경이 제공되길 희망하며 연구결과과 모바일 애플리케이션뿐만 아니라 식품의 정보전달 과정에 기초자료에 사용 될 것으로 기대한다.|This paper reviews increasing problems surrounding nutritional imbalance in the rapid consumption of instant foods in one person households and convenience foods CVS. In order to improve such information delivery, usability research was applied to devise the mobile service design. Research methods were based on a review of the literature on the increase of one person household growth in accordance with societal change and the convenience store CVS mobile services. Consumer awareness and problems on food information is also reviewed through advanced research. Afterward, the top three brands were selected based on the opening dates and current status of the convenience store CVS, then their design forms of CVS mobile service were analyzed based on the three factors unique to mobile services. Consequently, based on the results of this analysis, two types of surveys were conducted to identify the consumers more closely. The survey was conducted on 175 consumers of one person households using a convenience store CVS mobile applications. Lastly, I devised prototypes according to the result of the analysis, followed by the evaluation of the prototype with usability assessment criteria utilized in three companies. This study shows that the description, information, and feedback on the products provided by the existing convenience stores CVS mobile application had a negative impact on the consumers. Information that must be communicated to the user, such as nutritional information, has organized data of nutrients and visualized quantitative information rather than verbal expressions. This new and user-friendly approach has shown to be favorable for consumers. In addition, it is difficult to measure the quantity with Kcal added to food by numerical information. Therefore it is necessary to enhance food information and provide visual aid through visual quantification even if the consumer’s pre-existingknowledge of food is inadequate so that the consumers can compare the product with language and visual information. Furthermore, information about consumption depending on the consumer’s situation after ingestion should be available alongside the general food information. I hope that this research will provide a convenient environment for using mobile applications to improve convenience stores CVS with enhanced food information. I also anticipate this study will be utilized not only for mobile applications but also used for basic data on the food information delivery process.; This paper reviews increasing problems surrounding nutritional imbalance in the rapid consumption of instant foods in one person households and convenience foods CVS.
