Abstract
고속도로의 높은 통행속도와 복잡한 도로 상황으로 인하여 교통 정체가 심각하고 사고 발생이 증가하는 등 교통 문제가 존재한다. 이러한 교통문제를 해결하기 위하여 1999년에 ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) 운영 방안이 도입되었으나, ITS는 정보 수집 및 제공 체계가 분리되어 공간적인 제약이 있는 단 방향 시스템이다. ITS의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 자동차∙도로 교통 분야는 ITS 계획 2020 수립하여 Vehicle-Vehicle, Vehicle-Infra 간 양방향 정보 수집 및 정보 제공하는 C-ITS(Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems) 서비스를 도입한다. 2019년부터 한국도로공사에서는 C-ITS 시범사업을 실시하였고 고속도로 실제 환경에 적합한 C-ITS 서비스 개발 및 검증을 목표로 실증사업을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 경부선 부산방향 고속도로의 총 10km C-ITS 서비스를 도입한 구간 중 사고다발구간의 교통류를 대상으로 미시적 교통 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 다양한 교통환경에서 구간특성별 차량단말기 배포대수에 따라 교통 안전성 및 운영 효율성의 측면에서 C-ITS 차량이 고속도로의 횡 방향에 미치는 영향을 도출하였다. 분석결과, C-ITS 장착 차량의 비율이 증가함에 따라 교통류 전체에 대해 교통류 전체에 대해 교통 안전성 및 운영 효율성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. |Due to the high traffic speed and the complicated road conditions, traffic congestion is severe and traffic accidents are increasing. In 1999, ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) operation plan was introduced to solve this traffic problem. In order to surmount the limitations of ITS, establish ITS plan 2020 and introduce the Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) service. Since 2019, Korea Expressway Corporation has been conducting a pilot project for C-ITS, and is carrying Off a demonstration project aimed at developing and verifying C-ITS service suitable for the actual environment of highways. Purpose: Taking the 10km accident area with high incidence of C-ITS service on Gyeongbu freeway as the research object, micro-simulation technology is adopted to evaluate the road safety and operational efficiency of the research area.
