This paper mainly studies the influence of the social status of the company on judicial justice. The paper mainly depends on whether the parties are detained when the prosecutor indicts and whether the perpetrators are imprisoned after the court judgment. Collect relevant cases with corruption and breach of fiduciary duty as keywords. The cases ranged from 2002 to 2018. The results showed that people from a large company were less likely to be detained at the time of prosecution. Second, if the offender is an executive from a large corporation, the likelihood of imprisonment after the court's decision is reduced. Another finding of the study is that for emerging markets, the response of share prices to initial surveys of disclosure is more severe for large companies. Finally, from the perspective of the company, we can study how to formulate corporate strategy in such a legal system.-
