Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 국내 4년제 무용(학)과 전공자를 대상으로 효과적인 교육과정을 파악하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 무용교육 및 융합교육 과정에 따른 차이를 검토하고 전공만족도가 진로결정수준 및 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 전통무용교육을 실시하는 6곳의 대학교와 융합교육을 실시하는 2곳의 대학교에 한하여 무용(학)과를 전공하는 재학생 600명을 모집단으로 설정하여 최종 569명을 대상으로 최종분석에 사용하였으며, 조사도구로는 자기평가기입법을 이용한 설문지를 사용하였다. 하위요인으로는 전공만족도(일반만족, 교과만족, 관계만족, 진로만족, 학교만족), 진로결정수준(확신, 미결정), 진로결정 자기효능감(자기평가, 목표선택, 미래계획)으로 설정하였다. 첫째. 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 전공만족도에서는 성별에 따른 전공만족도 하위요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 학년에 따른 전공만족도 하위요인 중 진로만족에서 3학년<2학년<1학년 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 전공경력에 따른 전공만족도 하위요인 중 관계만족에서는 전공경력 1년이상∼3년미만<3년이상∼6년미만<6년이상∼9년미만 순으로 유의한 차이가 보였으며, 학교만족에서는 전공경력이 길수록 높게 나타났다. 둘째. 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 진로결정수준에서는 성별에 따라 하위요인 중 진로확신에서 여자보다 남자가 높게 나타났으며, 학년에 따른 진로결정수준 하위요인에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 전공경력에 따른 진로결정수준 하위요인 중 진로미결정에서 9년이상<1년이상∼3년미만<3년이상∼6년미만<6년이상∼9년미만 순으로 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째. 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감에서는 성별에 따른 하위요인 중 미래계획에서 여자보다 남자가 높게 나타났다. 학년에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감 하위요인 중 자기평가에서 4학년, 목표선택, 미래계획에서 1,4학년이 제일 높게 나타났으며, 전공경력에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감에서는 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째. 무용교육 및 융합교육에 따른 전공만족도 하위요인 중 일반만족, 교과만족, 관계만족, 진로만족, 학교만족에서 무용교육보다 융합교육 참여 전공대학생들이 높게 나타났다. 다섯째. 무용교육 및 융합교육에 따른 진로결정수준 하위요인 중 진로미결정에서 융합교육보다 무용교육 참여 전공생들이 높게 나타났으며, 진로결정확신에서는 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 여섯째. 무용교육 및 융합교육에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감 하위요인 자기평가, 미래계획에서 무용교육보다 융합교육 참여 전공대학생들이 높게 나타났으며, 목표선택 요인에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 일곱째. 전공만족도가 진로결정수준의 하위요인 중 진로확신수준에는 진로만족, 일반만족 요인이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교만족 요인은 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인 중 진로미결정수준에는 관계만족 요인이 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째. 전공만족도가 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 자기평가에는 진로만족, 관계만족 요인이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교만족 요인은 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 하위요인 중 목표선택에는 진로만족 요인이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교만족 요인은 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인 중 미래계획에는 진로만족 요인이 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 융합교육과정이 무용교육과정과 비교하여 무용(학)과 전공대학생들의 전공 및 진로 만족도에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 대학에서는 전공자들과 정보를 공유하고 타 학문과의 융합을 통한 통섭 과목을 제공함으로써 전공만족도를 높이고 진로 결정 수준 및 진로 결정 자기효능감을 향상시켜 무용(학)과 전공대학생들이 다양한 분야로 진출할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 나아가 진로선택 문제를 해결하기 위해 진로영역을 확대해주는 역할자로써 직업 창출에 노력해야 하며, 무용(학)과 전공자를 대상으로 융합교육과정을 적용한 프로그램을 통해 교육 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.|The purpose of study is to figure out about the difference between dance education program and convergence education program for students are majoring in dance at university in South Korea for using base line data. Thus, this study analyze for major satisfaction is how effect on making career decision level as well as self – efficacy. The subjects of the study were 569 out of 600 dance major students from 6 dance educations and 2 convergence educations in universities are located in Seoul were used for final analysis, Self – assessment method was used by questionnaires. To be specific about the questionnaires, there were Major satisfaction (general satisfaction, education satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, career satisfaction, and school satisfaction), Career decision level (Decided or Undecided), and Self – efficacy of career decision (self – evaluation, goal setting, and future plan). First, there was no difference significant difference in major satisfaction regardless of gender, but there was difference by upper grade to lower grade order. 1st grade was more satisfied in their major than 3rd grade. According to career of major, there was significant difference in people who had longer career of major were satisfied in the career of major 1 year to 3 years < 3 years to 6 years < 6 years to 9 years order. Second, Men was higher than women in the career decision level by demographic characteristic, but there was no difference in the career decision level by academic year. According to career of major, there was significant difference in 9 years < 1 year to 3 years < 3 years to 6 years < 6 years to 9 years order by career indecision. Third, Men was higher than women for future plan in self – efficacy by gender demographic characteristic. 4th grade was higher in self – evaluation, and 1st and 4th grades were higher in the future planning and goal setting. According to career of major, there was no significant difference in self – efficacy of career decision. Fourth, convergence education students were higher than dance education students in general satisfaction, education satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, career satisfaction, and school satisfaction. Fifth, dance education students were higher than convergence education students for career undecided in a level of career decision, but there was no difference in career decided between the two groups. Sixth, convergence education students were higher than dance education students in self – evaluation and planning future and there was no difference in goal setting between the two groups. Seventh, career satisfaction and general satisfaction have been shown to have a positive effect on the level of career decided, but school satisfaction has had a negative impact. Also, relationship satisfaction has had d negative impact on the level of career undecided. Eighth, career satisfaction and relationship satisfaction have been shown to have a positive effect on the self – evaluation, but school satisfaction has had a negative impact. The career satisfaction also has shown to have a positive effect on the goal setting, but school satisfaction has had a negative impact on the goal setting. The career satisfaction has been shown to have a positive effect on the future planning. The results of the study, the curriculum that greatly affects the major and career satisfaction for students are majoring in dance can be called a convergence education program that seeks to communicate and harmonize with each other in the art field. In other words, universities should increase major satisfaction by sharing information and providing dance majors with a subject of public participation through convergence with other majors and improve their level of career decision and sense of self-efficiency in determining their career path so that majors can advance into various fields.
