수변전설비는 전력시설물의 핵심설비로서 건물의 안정적인 전원을 공급하기 위한 신뢰성이 중요하다. 하지만 태풍, 호우 등 자연재난으로 인해 수변전설비에 침수가 발생하면 인명손상과 재산적 피해가 발생하므로 사전에 예방과 대응을 해야 한다.
본 연구에서는 지하에 수변전설비가 설치되어 있는 곳 30개소를 표본으로 선정하여 현재 시설형태, 침수방지 기술 적용 현황과 법적 설치 및 관리규정을 조사하고, 4M법에 의해 도출된 위험요인이 현행 법적, 기술적 방안과 적절한 대치를 이루는지 분석을 하여 개선점을 제안하고자 한다.|Power substitution is the core facility of electric power facilities and reliability for providing stable power of buildings is important.
