청소년상담 사례지도 모형 개발

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 청소년상담복지센터의 사례지도 기능과 상담자들의 상담 역량을 강화하기 위해 청소년상담복지센터에 적합한 청소년상담 사례지도 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 청소년상담 사례지도에 관한 선행연구를 고찰하고, 청소년상담복지센터에 근무하는 슈퍼바이저 10명과 슈퍼바이지 10명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 모형에 대해 현장 및 학계 전문가의 자문을 거쳐 청소년상담사례 모형이 최종 확정되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 청소년상담 사례지도 모형의 주요 단계는 슈퍼바이저가 실제 사례지도를 준비, 진행, 평가하는 흐름에 따라 3단계로 구성되며, 이는 준비 단계, 실행 단계, 평가 및 추수 단계이다. 특히 실행 단계에서는 슈퍼바이저가 사례지도에서 반드시 수행해야 할 필수 과업과 해당 이슈가 발생했을 때 다룰 수 있는 선택 과업으로 나누어 제시하였다. 또한 슈퍼바이저의 전문성이 모든 단계의 사례지도 과정에 중대한 영향을 미친다는 점을 고려하여, 슈퍼바이저 역량 강화 요인을 전체 사례지도 과정의 근간이 되는 것으로 개념화하였다. 본 연구는 청소년상담복지센터에서 일하는 실무자들의 요구를 반영한 사례지도 모형을 개발함으로써 현장의 슈퍼바이저들에게 사례지도 방법에 대한 구체적인 지침을 제공해 주었다는 데 의의가 있다. This study aims to present a supervision model for youth counseling to better equip supervisors and supervisees working in youth counseling centers with required skills and capabilities. For this purpose, a literature review of previous studies on youth counseling and in-depth individual interviews with 10 supervisors and 10 supervisees from youth counseling centers were conducted. Incorporating feedbacks from experts in practice and in academia, the supervision model was finally created. The model consists of three main phases - preparation,implementation, evaluation and follow - up -, corresponding to a time sequence in which a supervisory activity is usually done. In particular, in the implementation stage, the essential tasks that should be performed by the supervisor in her supervision session and the tasks that may be selectively addressed when the related issues arise are suggested as separate domains. In addition, considering that tasks or functions presented at all stages are significantly affected by the expertise of the supervisor, a supervisor competency was conceptualized as a foundational base. Responsive to the needs of those working in youth counseling centers, the supervision model presented in this study may provide practicing supervisors with clear guidelines as to how to perform their supervisory roles.
