연방 내 지역 분쟁과 선교전략의 상관관계 : 러시아연방 다게스탄공화국을 중심으로

Abstract

본 논고는 러시아 연방 내 북카프카스의 특정 지역을 대상으로 선교와 지역학의 상관관계를 분석하는 내용으로 이루어져있다. 특히 북카프카스 지역은 러시아연방 내 자치공화국으로 소연방 해체 이후 분쟁과 정치적 불안정성을 지속해 온 지역이다. 그렇다면 연방 내 자치공화국에서는 어떤 방식으로 선교전략을 도출해야 할 것인가? 본 논고는 이러한 질문에 대답하기 위한 내용으로 전개될 것이다. 포스트소비에트 시기 러시아 연방 내 특정 지역에서의 이슬람 상황은 이 지역을 전방개척지대라고 상정한다면, 우리는 이 복잡하고 혼재된 복합적인 민족의 활동 공간에서 역사, 정치, 경제, 사회문화적 변동 등을 면밀하게 검토하고 그에 따른 지역학적 선교 개념을 도출해야 할 것이다. 이는 연방 내 자치공화국의 지역학 연구는 선교 전략에 있어 매우 필요한 주제 및 대상이 되며, 특히 연방 내 분쟁 지역에서의 선교 전략 도출에도 상관관계가 있다는 것을 함의한다고 하겠다. 특정 국가에서의 자치공화국에 대한 연구가 선교의 전방지대개척의 전반적인 선교 전략을 이끌어낼 수 있는 필요충분조건이라고는 할 수 없지만, 본 논고를 통해 지역학과 선교와의 관계를 이해할 수 있는 토대가 된다는 것을 강조하고자 한다. This paper is an analysis of the correlation between missions and regional studies in specific areas of the North Caucasus in the Russian Federation. In particular, the North Caucasus region is a self-governing republic within the Russian Federation that has continued conflict and political instability since the dismantling of the Soviet Union. How then should a self-governing republic within the federation derive a mission strategy? This article will be developed to answer these questions.In Post-Soviet times, when Islamic conditions in certain regions of the Russian Federation are supposed to be the frontier pioneer zones, we must carefully examine the historical, political, economic, and socio-cultural changes in this complex and mixed ethnic activity space. And to develop the concept of regional missions accordingly, this implies that the study of regional studies in the autonomous republic within the federal is a very necessary subject and object in mission strategy, especially in relation to the derivation of mission strategy in conflict areas in the federal area. Although the study of autonomous republics in a particular country is not a necessary and sufficient condition for elucidating the overall mission strategy of the frontier development of missions, it is the basis for understanding the relationship between regional studies and missions to be emphasized.
