중국 해상실크로드와 해양물류네트워크 구축전략

Abstract

중국과 실크로드 연선국가 사이에 10대 교역 국가는 러시아를 제외하면 모두 바다를 접하고 있는 아시아권 국가들이어서 일대일로의 성공여부는 이들 국가들과의 협력관계 구축에 달려있다. 그래서 중국은 이 연선국가의 항구 운영권을 사들이는가 하면, 항구개발에 적극적으로 뛰어들어 지분과 거점을 확보하고 해상물류네트워크 구축에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 중국은 캄보디아 시아누크빌항구, 미얀마 시트웨항과 캬우크퓨항, 말레시아 클랑항, 파키스탄 과다르항, 스리랑카 콜롬보 항 및 함반토타항 등과 항구연맹을 맺고 물류네트워크 구축과 자국 항만산업을 육성하고 있다. 세계 10대 항구 가운데 7곳을 보유하고 있는 중국은 해상실크로드의 성공 여부와 지방정부의 항구 육성전략 그리고 연선국가와의 해상물류 네트워크 형성 정도가 향후 항만 경쟁력을 좌우할 것이다. So the success of one belt-one road depends on building partnerships with these countries. China buys the port operation rights of this twinning country, and is actively engaged in harbor development, securing equity and bases, and concentrating on establishing a maritime logistics network. China has established port logistics networks with the ports of Cambodia Sihanoukville, Sittwe and Kyauk Phyu of Myanmar, Malaysia Kelang Port, Pakistan Gadhar Port, Sri Lanka Colombo Port and Hambantota Port. China, which has seven of the top 10 ports in the world, will depend on the success of the sea silk road, the port development strategy of the local government, and the formation of the maritime logistics network with the twin countries.
