항공사의 지속가능 경영을 위한 종사원의 CSV활동인식, 조직신뢰, 조직시민행동 관계 연구

Abstract

오늘날 우리 사회를 근본적으로 위험사회로 만드는 지구온난화, 기후변화, 종교 갈등 등 여러 요인과 관련해 사회적 책임성(social accountability)에 대한 관심이 높다. 기업은 지속 가능한 발전(sustainable growth)이라는 표어 아래 건강한 환경의 재생산을 보장하는 범위에서 성장한다. 이러한 가치를 기본으로 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 CSV활동이 기업에게 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 항공사 종사원을 대상으로 CSV활동인식과 결과변수(조직신뢰, 조직시민행동) 간의 영향관계를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법은 설문조사법으로 국내 대형항공사와 저비용항공사 종사원으로부터 유효한 설문지 총 304부를 토대로 실증 분석하였다. 그 결과, CSV활동인식은 조직신뢰와 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치며, 조직신뢰는 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 항공사의 지속가능한 경영을 위한 CSV활용 전략 방안을 제안하였고, 이론적·실무적 시사점이 논의되었다. Today, there is a high interest in social accountability in relation to various factors such as global warming, climate change, and religious conflict that make our society fundamentally dangerous society. The company develop to the extent that it guarantees the reproduction of a healthy environment based on ‘sustainable growth’. Companies need CSV activities for sustainable development. Therefore, this study aimed to verify the relationship of the influence between the awareness of CSV and the result variables (organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior) with airline employees. This study analyzed 304 copies of valid questionnaires collected from airline employees. As a result, it was noted that the awareness of CSV affects organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational trust is a factor that has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of this study, a strategic method for the application of CSV for airline companies’ sustainable management was proposed, and theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
