초등교사의 소명의식과 심리적 안녕감과의 관계: 회복탄력성의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 초등교사들의 소명의식과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개역할을확인하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 서울지역 368명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 소명의식과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 구조방정식을 통해 검증하고 Sobel test를 실시하여 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 소명의식은 교사의 회복탄력성 및 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 유의미한 정적상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 회복탄력성은 소명의식과 심리적 안녕감간의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 초등교사들을 위한 소명의식 및 회복탄력성 증진을 위한 전문적 교사교육 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 제시하였고, 연구의 의의를 논의하고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.The purpose of this study was to examine whether resilience mediates the relationship between calling and psychological well-being of elementary school teachers. Answers to questionnaires filled out by 368 teachers of elementary school in Seoul were analyzed. Structural equation modeling and sobel test were used to investigate mediating effects of resilience on relationship between calling and psychological well-being. Results of this study were as follows. First, having a calling was positively correlatd with resilience and psychological well-bing among elementrapy school teachers. Second, resilience was found to partially mediate the relation of calling and psychological well-being.Implication for practice and directions for future research are discussed.
