청소년 진로진학상담교사의 전문성 인식이 직무 만족 및 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향

Abstract

입학사정관제 실시와 더불어 최근 화두가 되고 있는 진로진학상담교사제도의 성패는 우수한 자질과 전문성을 갖춘 교사의 확보에 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 이에 본 연구는 진로진학상담교사의 전문성 인식이 직무 만족과 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 진로진학상담교사의 전문성 향상과 바람직한 교직 풍토 조성에 기여하고, 나아가서는 우리나라 청소년 진로진학상담교육의 발전에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.이를 위해 문헌조사와 진로진학상담 부전공 자격 연수를 받고 있는 중·고등학교 진로진학상담교사(또는 예정자)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 설문지는 총 450부를 배부하였으며, 무응답 및 불성실한 응답사례를 제외한 설문지 360부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 주로 사용한 통계분석방법은 위계적 회귀분석과 구조방정식모형분석이다.본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문성 인식은 직무 만족과 직무 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무 만족이 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향에서 전문성 인식은 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 진로진학상담교사의 전문성 인식이 높을수록 직무 만족과 직무 몰입도를 높이며, 결과적으로 교육의 질에 중요한 영향을 미치는 교사의 전문성을 지속적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 함을 의미한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of career education & guidance teacher's recognition of professionalism on job satisfaction and job involvement. Also the purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of the job satisfaction in the influences of recognition of professionalism on job involvement.To achieve this purpose, this study conducted empirical study. Survey data were collected from career education & guidance teachers taking the training program for minor. This study is revealed the following four findings : First, the recognition of professionalism makes positive effect on job satisfaction and job involvement. Second, job satisfaction has a moderating effect in relationship between recognition of professionalism and job involvement.This study shows that the influences of career education & guidance teacher's recognition of professionalism on job satisfaction and job involvement. It is meaningful that the result of the study can be used as basic information for the educational program support for career education & guidance teachers.
