Abstract
우리나라 청소년 진로희망관련 조사에 따르면 부모는 공무원과 교사와 같이 안정지향적인 직업군을 선호하는 반면, 중학생들은 디자이너, 연예인과 같은 예술관련 직업군을 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 관습 및 탐구유형 진로교육중심의 학교현장에서 진로탐색교육의 다양성 확보가 필요함을 의미한다.따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 중학생의 진로적성선호도를 시의성 있게 반영하기 위해 홀랜드 직업적성이론의 예술형(A)과 예술적 사고특성을 이론적 배경으로 하여 자유학기제 예술형 진로탐색 프로그램을개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 중학생들을 예술관련직업으로 유도하는 것 보다는, 누구나 보편적으로 지녀야할 예술가적 인지 및 감성특성과 태도, 노력을 경험해 보는 것을 주요목표로 한다.개발 프로그램의 효과성은 중학교 자유학기제 주제선택활동에 적용하여 진로성숙도측면의 사전사후 검사 차이를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 진로성숙도의 진로행동 하위척도에서 통계적으로 유의미한 증가를 보였다.즉, 프로그램에 참여한 학생들은 자신의 관심 직업정보와 자료수집과 같은 적극적인 진로준비행동 등에서수업 참여 전과 비교하여 향상된 것으로 나타났다.결과적으로 본 연구는 학습자 특성과 요구에 맞는미래지향적 진로탐색교육프로그램 개발을 통해 미래인재의 핵심역량을 키우고, 행복한 미래를 설계하는데도움을 주고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.It was now indicated in Korea that parents prefer the stability-oriented occupational cluster like a public official or a teacher, but that middle school students prefer the trend-oriented art-related occupational cluster like a designer or an entertainer. This implies that there is a need to secure the diversity of career exploration education in education field. Accordingly, this study developed the artistic career exploration program in the free learning semester through having the theoretical background as the artistic type(A) and artistic thinking characteristic in the Holland Job Aptitude Theory after reflecting a preference for career aptitude of middle schoolers with recognizing the need to explore students' own aptitude and to develop Creative Career Education Program in timeliness through a significant theme. The developed program is not what leads to the art-related job, but has the main contents as trying to experience the artistic cognitive characteristic & attitude, and effort that anybody will need to have universally beyond an artist's glamour and free wheelingness. The verification of effectiveness in the program was measured the pre-and-post outcome of the career maturity aspect through applying it to the theme selection activity in the free learning semester of the middle school.As a result of analyzing a change in career maturity of middle schoolers who participated in the program, the sub-scale of career behavior was shown a statistically significant growth in the career maturity level. In other words, the students who took part in the program were indicated to have been improved the positive career preparation behavior level such as collecting job information and knowledge. In conclusion, this study is expected to be likely able to nurture core competencies in future talents through the futureoriented career exploration education program in line with learners' characteristics and demands, and further to be helpful for designing the happy future of middle school students in our country.
