Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among tourist motivation, emotional response, satisfaction and loyalty with the tourists of Gyeongin Ara Waterway. For this research, the survey was conducted to the people who have visited Gyeongin Ara Waterway; a total of 280 questionnaires were collected and then 219 questionnaires out of total were selected for the empirical analyses. The result of analyses indicates that tourist motivation had positive influence on emotional response and also emotional response significantly affected satisfaction. To be specific, two motivation factors (waterway tourism attractiveness factor and waterway tourism novelty factor) influenced more strongly than other factors. It is also proven that emotional response had a significant effect on satisfaction but didn't affect directly on loyalty. Through these findings, this research suggests development plans of Gyeongin Ara Waterway.
