반성적 성찰을 위한 마이크로티칭 운영 사례 -자기수업컨설팅 모형을 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 기존 ‘수업행동’ 평가 중심의 마이크로티칭에서 ‘반성적 성찰’개념이 포함된 마이크로티칭 프로그램을 시도하여 근본적으로 예비교사의 역량을 강화하는데 있다. 이러한 목적으로 ‘리쾨르의 미메시스’를 이론적으로 고찰하였고, 이를 바탕으로 ‘자기수업컨설팅’ 개념을 마이크로티칭 프로그램에 도입하였다. 연구결과 도출된 모형으로 충북소재 C대학의 사범계열 학생 15명을 대상으로 프로그램을 운영하였다. 그 결과, 의미 있는 다섯 가지 사실을 도출하였다. 첫째, 객관적으로 ‘자신’을 인식할 수 있는 기회를 경험할 수 있었다. 둘째, 전문가가 아닌 같은 눈높이의 동료들로부터 소통 가능한 환경에서 현실적인 피드백을 받을 수 있었다. 셋째, ‘단계적 비교’를 통해 보다 효과적으로 개선점을 도출할 수 있었다. 넷째, 자신의 수업을 위한 설계, 매체제작 등 부가적인 ‘성과물’을 창출했고, 불안감이 줄어들었다고 밝혔다. 마지막으로 ‘좋은 교사’가 되기 위해서 자신의 교과목뿐 만 아니라 다양한 분야에 대한 학습을 통해 넓게 아는 것 또한 중요함을 깨달았다. 이러한 연구결과는 자기수업컨설팅이 현직교사영역 뿐만 아니라 예비교사 교육에서도 가능성을 시사한다. 또한 본 연구는 예비교사들의 수업시연에 대한 고충과 프로그램에 대한 의견을 여실히 담아냈기 때문에 향후 예비교사를 위한 교육과정을 설계할 때 새로운 관점을 위한 지침이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to improve fundamental competencies of preliminary teachers by shifting focus of micro-teaching programs from evaluation of teaching behaviors to reflective practice. To this end, this paper adopted a methodology of narrative study and used ricoeur’s mimesis as the theoretical framework. Based on the review, Self-consultation of instruction was applied to a micro-teaching programs of a college of education. This research employed the model to examine teaching demonstrations of 15 aspiring teachers in a college of education in Chungcheongbuk-do. Five meaningful conclusions were drawn from the results. First, the program provided the participants with the opportunities to enhance objective self-awareness. Second, the feedback from the peers rather than education experts was more acceptable to the subjects. Third, a multi-phase evaluation was more effective in identifying areas for improvements. Fourth, This had reduced anxiety, and obtained the design for their class. Lastly, the participants said they realized that in addition to the understanding of their major, multidisciplinary knowledge was important to be a good teacher. These conclusions indicate that Self-consultation of instruction is necessary for both pre-service and in-service teachers. And this study will be guidelines when you design the program for teachers, referencing participants‘s clear opinions.
