In order to accomplish this research purpose, 357 foreign migrant workers who are living in Ansan City, Gyeonggi Province and participating in leisure sports activities once a week as a population and collected using judgemental sampling, The results of the study were analyzed by structural equation modeling and the significance of the indirect effect was verified.First, restrictions on leisure sports of foreign migrant workers have negative effects on psychological well – being. Second, the psychological well - being of foreign migrant workers does not affect cultural adaptation. Third, leisure sports constraints of foreign migrant workers have a positive effect on cultural adaptation. Fourth, the psychological well - being of foreign migrant workers has no mediating effect on the relationship between leisure sports constraints and cultural adaptation.
