숙박공유 플랫폼 이용자의 선택속성에 관한 연구 : 에어비앤비 이용자를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 숙박공유 플랫폼 이용자의 선택에 영향을 미치는 요소인 숙박가격, 후기 수, 인테리어 수준에 관한 실제 데이터(웹사이트)를 수집하여 분석을 시도하였다. 그리고 숙박가격, 후기 수, 인테리어 수준을 독립변수로 예약률을 종속변수로 하여 독립변수의 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 보면 숙박공유의 선택요인 중에서 후기 수와 인테리어 수준은 예약률에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 숙박가격은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 즉 호스트 숙소의 후기가 많을수록, 인테리어 수준이 높을수록 이용자의 예약률이 높아질 것이라고 예측할 수 있다. 연구결과를 고려해 보면 숙박공유 플랫폼 운영자는 플랫폼을 설계할 때 숙소의 쾌적한 수준이 잘 보이도록 웹페이지를 구성하고, 후기를 비롯한 다양한 신뢰요소를 구성하여 이용자의 선택에 도움을 줄 필요가 있다. 그리고 호스트의 경우 이용자의 예약률을 높이기 위해 쾌적한 숙소를 유지해야 하고 신뢰할 수 있다는 인식을 형성하기 위해 후기를 비롯한 다양한 신뢰요소를 고려해야 할 필요가 있다. This study attempted to analyze the web-collected data of accommodation price, the number of reviews and the level of interior which are the factors affecting the selection of accommodation sharing platform users. The study then analyzed the influence of independent variables with these factors as independent variables and reservation rate as a dependent variable. According to the results of analysis, the number of reviews and the level of interior among the selection factors of accommodation sharing have a significant effect on the reservation rate. On the other hand, accommodation price was not a significant predictor of reservation rate. Thus, it can be predicted that the reservation rate of users may be higher, as the number of reviews regarding host accommodation and the level of interior are increased. Considering the results of the study, it is thought that it is necessary to support users’ selections, by constructing web-pages on which comfort level of accommodation can be well viewed and various reliability factors including reviews, when operators of accommodation sharing platform design the platform. Furthermore, it is necessary for the hosts to maintain comfortable accommodation facilities for keeping users' higher reservation rates and consider the various reliability factors with reviews in order to build trusted perception.
