근린상점 접근성의 공간적 형평성 분석 : 서울시 사업체조사(2006~2014)자료를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 공간적 범위는 서울특별시 424개 행정동을 대상으로 하였다. 시간적 범위는 2006년부터 2014년으로 설정하였는데, 이는 본 연구에서 사용한 통계청의 통계지리정보서비스(SGIS+)에서 제공하는 사업체조사 위치정보 자료의 최대범위로서2006년과 2014년의 형평성을 비교하여 서울시의근린상점의 접근성 변화 및 이를 통한 공간적 형평성 변화경향을 분석하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 QGIS를 이용하여 근린상점과의 접근성을 도출하고 주택실거래가를 대리변수로 하는 소득분포를 추정하였다. 이를 바탕으로DAD를 이용하여 집중지수(Concentration Index)를계산하여 형평성을 정량적으로 해석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 순서는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구의주요 관점인 근린상점의 공간적 형평성을 분석하기위하여 각각의 개념 및 이론과 선행연구고찰을 진행하였다. 둘째, 사업체 위치정보를 이용하여 근린상점의 접근성 분포를 살펴본 후 연구대상 시점 간의 비교를 하였으며, 로렌츠 곡선과 지니계수를 활용하여 분포의 불균등성을 평가하였다. 셋째, 연구에서 목표로 하는 형평성을 알아보기 위해 주택실거래가 자료를 활용하여 보간법으로 소득분포를 추정하고 이를 바탕으로 집중곡선과 집중지수를 이용해 근린상점 접근성의 공간적 형평성을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 이를 바탕으로 정책에 대한 시사점을제시하였다.Neighborhood store is an important factor that affects the quality of life for local residents. This study measures the spatial equity in accessibility of the neighborhood stores using establishment location information from the census data on establishments in Seoul from 2006 to 2014. We use GIS to calculate accessibility of the nearest neighborhood store and estimated income from housing price. Then we employ concentration index to estimate spatial equity. Results indicate as followings. First, accessibility has an equal distribution in Seoul. Second, accessibility shows equitable distribution but it goes to aggravate equity. In addition, the accessibility of neighboring stores is not equitable by sub-region without east-south region. Lastly concentration indexes are different per business type. Convenience store is the only type that has unfair distribution but has improved equity. Approach to the welfare of the residents and awareness about this phenomenon are needed.
