도시경계 흔적을 이용한 부산시 충무동 주민 커뮤니티 시설 및 공원계획안

Abstract

도시는 도시조직들의 끊임없이 변화와 생성과정을 통해 발전한다. 일련의 과정들은 지속적으로 축적되어 오랜 시간을 통하여 변화양상 과정을 통하여 사람들의 일상 생활 속에 스며들어 왔다. 그러나 우리는 이러한 변화양상을 무시한 채 무분별하게 건축행위를 해왔었다. 연구 대상지인 부산광역시 충무동 일대는 개항이후, 일제강점기를 거치며 부산의 해안선은 매립으로 인하여 점점 확장되어 가면서 본래의 해안선의 모습이 사라지면서, 기존 축대와 그 경계의 영역성 또한 자취를 감추게 되었다. 경계 본연의 기능은 사라졌지만, 주변부를 고려하지 않은 물리적 변천과정으로 인해 도시 공간이 단절되면서, 축대는 더 이상 자연환경과 인공환경을 구분 짓는 영역의 한정이라는 기능적 의미 보다는 주민들의 생활공간을 오히려 고립시켜, 폐쇄적 도시환경을 조성하여 인근 지역과 생활권영역의 단절을 일으키고 있는 실정이다.

주변지역과 다른 고립된 가로 퍠턴을 띄고 있는 대상지가 갖고 있던 도시공간에서의 문제점으로부터 의문을 던지기 시작하여, 과거의 도시구조에서부터 현재에 이르기까지의 도시구조를 축적하여, 도시 경계 흔적인 축대를 통하여 옛 해안선 추정을 통하여 옛 도시 경계 재구성을 통하여 도시의 물리적 환경에서 단절적 경계로 자리 잡고 있는 옛 해안선 축대를 중심으로 지역의 지형적 특성, 풍토를 고려한 적합한 의미부여와 개발방향을 모색하여 장소성을 높이고 구체화 시킬 수 있는 방법에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.; Cities develop through the constant process of change and generation of urban organizations.
