의료시설의 적정 수용률과 변압기 용량 산정기준에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근 대형병원의 각종 구성 설비를 보면 대형 컴퓨터, 개인용 컴퓨터, 각종 사무자동화기기, 냉난방설비, 조명설비와 같은 특수한 부하설비 등 다양한 부하가 반영되고 있고, 이에 따라 병원의 변압기 적정용량의 선정이 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 적절한 변압기 용량 선정은 에너지 절감은 물론 전기요금의 절약과 전기설계시 부하설비의 변압기 용량의 과다한 선정으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 초기투자비용을 절감할 수 있는 방법이다.

따라서 신축건축물 설계시 다양한 부하설비의 변압기 용량 선정에 따른 기준이 점점 중요해지고 있으며, 수용률의 기준이 변압기의 적정 용량을 선정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 사항이 되고 있어 수용률, 이용률, 부하율에 대한 조사와 다양한 사례 및 여러 법적 기준을 분석하여 이에 관한 합리적이고 경제적인 적정 기준 마련이 필요한 실정이다.

본 논문에서는 적절한 수용률 산정과 적정한 변압기 용량 선정을 제시하기 위해 국내 변압기 용량선정에 관한 여러 사례를 통하여 분석하고 비교하여 이를 근거로 의료시설 수용률 적용 및 변압기 용량의 적정성을 확인하고 효율적인 변압기 용량 선정을 위한 기본적인 자료로 활용하고자 한다.; Recently, large-scale hospitals are equipped with various loads such as large-sized computers, personal computers, office automation equipment, heating and air-conditioning equipment, and special load facilities such as lighting equipment. Therefore, it is very important to select the appropriate capacity of transformer in hospitals.

In the design of new buildings, the criteria for selecting the capacity of the transformer for each type of load equipment is becoming an increasingly important concern, and the criterion of the acceptance rate is becoming an important criterion in selecting the appropriate capacity of the transformer. It is necessary to analyze the various legal standards and various cases such as the survey on the acceptance rate, the load rate and the utilization rate, and to prepare economical and rational appropriate standards.

In this paper, we analyze and compare several cases of the selection of the capacity of domestic transformer in order to estimate the proper acceptance rate and to select appropriate transformer capacity. This is used as basic data for efficient transformer capacity selection.
