| dc.description.abstract | 4차 산업혁명은 정보통신 기술의 융합으로 이루어낸 중요한 산업 혁명 시대를 말한다. 4차 산업혁명의 핵심적인 요소로서 사회 전 영역의 연결과 융합은 기술 표준이 지니는 경제적 특성인 호환성 증진과 상호 운영성과 밀접한 연관이 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심적인 이슈 중 하나로서 5G 통신기술 분야가 포함되며, 통신기술은 기술 표준이 적용되는 분야이다. 5G 통신기술 분야의 기업들에게는 표준특허의 확보가 기업의 역량 강화에 핵심적인 힘이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 5G 통신기술 분야의 표준특허에 있어서 활용성 증진 방안을 검토해보고, 효율적인 표준특허 권리화 전략을 제시함을 목적으로 한다. | - |
