공동주택의 하자 분석 : 시공관리 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 빈번히 발생하는 결함과 유지 보수 비용이 높은 결함을 비교하여 사전에 주요 요인을 관리하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 이 논문은 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 그것은 어떤 대상의 과정과 구조를 분석하고 분석함으로써 이론적 가설을 검증하는 방법이다. 이 연구의 범위는 국내 건설 회사가 수행 한 실제 프로젝트의 하자 분석을 기반으로 한다. 이 연구의 결과는 우선 순위가 높은 결함을 지정하고 사전 관리함으로써 하자의 보수 비용을 줄이는 효과적인 대안이 될 것이다.; The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for managing major factors in advance by comparing the flaws which are frequently caused and the defects with high maintenance charge. In order to carry out the research, this paper conducted a case study. It is a method of verifying the theoretical hypothesis by analyzing and analyzing the process and structure of a certain object. The scope of this study is based on the analysis of the defects of the actual projects carried out by domestic construction companies. The result of this study will be an effective alternative to reduce defective repair costs by prioritizing the defects with high priority and managing them in advance.
