Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 인지행동 미술치료 프로그램이 영업직 종사자의 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있으며, 인지행동 미술치료 프로그램을 개발하여 본 프로그램이 영업직 종사자의 직무스트레스를 완화시킴으로써 삶의 활력을 증진시켜주고 조직 내 구성원으로서 직무능률을 높여 안정적인 직장생활을 하도록 도움을 두는데 의의를 두고자 한다. 이를 위하여 서울에 소재한 A중소기업 영업직에 종사하는 직장인 K를 대상으로 2019년 1월 21일부터 2019년 3월 30일까지 주2회 90분씩 사전 사후 검사를 제외하고 20회기를 진행하였다. 프로그램의 연구결과를 도출하기 직무스트레스 척도 검사, 빗속의 사람 그림 검사 그리고 연구대상 인터뷰 및 관찰을 사전과 사후로 실시하여 비교분석 하였다. 매 회기 녹취를 통해 과정을 기록지로 작성하여 대상의 인지적 행동적 변화를 기록하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료를 통해 연구 대상자의 직무스트레스 수준의 변화를 종합적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지행동 미술치료가 영업직 종사자의 직무스트레스 요인별 긍정적인 완화 효과를 미친다. 둘째, 인지행동 미술치료 과정에서 직무스트레스의 인지·행동적 문제가 단계별로 감소한다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 인지행동이론을 접목한 미술치료가 직장인의 직무 스트레스 완화에 긍정적인 영향을 주었음을 확인 할 수 있었다.
In this thesis I am going to find an answer to the question:Cognitive Behavior Art therapy relieves Job stress of sales worker? if so, how it is reduced. In Nowadays, Evolution of technology in daily life has led to the modernization of information and communication processes becoming the driving force of Competitive Society. That is why the position of a Sales worker is more important not only to sale product but also to represent the Company. The existing job stress is symptomatic for underlying societal problems, namely the strong competition and focus on ‘profit of company.’ Accordingly, Sales worker’s symptoms of job stress is getting worse and to be cured. The Cognitive Behavior Art Therapy described in this paper is psycho-social intervention with art. It purposes to focus on challenging cognitive distortions for reduction of job stress from Sales Worker. For these purpose, Cognitive Behavior Art Therapy Program was designed and conducted on a sales Worker who is female in her mid fifties and suffer from job stress. 20 sessions of the program excluding before and after tests were applied 2 times a week for 90 minutes each session from Jan 21st to March 30th, 2019. To drive the results of the study, before and after the program, Occupational Stress Inventory and Person in the Rain(PITR) was compared and analyzed. Also, interview and Monitoring is examined for the difference between pre and post. The results of this study are as followings. First, by analyzing the pre and post of Occupational Stress Inventory, the numerical values is changed positively. Factor of Job stress is from 91 to 67, factor of symptom is from 40 to 24 and factor of result is from 24 to 26. if the score of factor of job stress and symptom is decreased, it means less job stress. Also, the score of factor of result is increased, it means less job stress. Therefore, this result indicates reductions of job stress. Second, on PITR test, positive result comes out. The stress score of PITR changes from 9 to 6, and the score of coping with stress is from – 2 to 5. It shows stress is decreased and the object’s own way of copying with stress is increased. Also, there are difference of the contents in the painting. The number of things which provide adequate protection against the rain are formed. It indicates the objects of study develop her ability of protection from stress. Third, positive results are recognized on interview. Also those are shown during observing object in her office. she is carried into understanding his role and expressing himself positively. So that, she is getting more concentrated and be oriented for achievement. Lastly, there are positive changes on each stages of the Cognitive Behavior Art Therapy Program for relieving job stress of sales worker. According to the results of the session analysis, the cognitive and behavioral problems due to job stress of the subjects decreased in stages. During the first relationship formation stage, the subjects gradually began to become interested in the program as the positive internal energy was increased while building trust in this program. In second exploration stage, she recognizes the emotions related to distorted cognitive behaviors and attempted to self control. At the third correction stage, she changed dysfunctional thinking and changed the behavior through training for social interaction respectively. In the final maintenance stage, new belief is become firmer. It enables her to plan a hopeful future in which she can choose positive thoughts and behaviors for an efficient life with the effort and satisfaction of the present life rather than the past. In conclusion, this feasibility study showed that cognitive behavior art therapy will produce significant relaxation effect to worker’s job stress. This leads to a strong recommendation that continual access to archived cognitive behavior art therapy, harnessing this program to help improve working life.
