기업 상담자들이 경험하는 어려움에 관한 질적 연구 : 기업상담 외부모형을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구에서는 기업상담의 여러 가지 유형 중 외부모형 기업상담에 초점을 맞추고, 외부모형 기업상담을 진행하는 외부모형 기업 상담자들이 경험한 어려움을 살펴보고 이해하며, 외부모형 기업 상담자들을 돕기 위한 방안을 생각해보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 외부모형 기업상담 경력 3년 이상, 외부모형 기업상담 사례 수가 100건 이상인 자 중 외부모형 기업상담 장면에서 어려움을 경험한 적이 있다고 응답한 상담자 14명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 모집된 연구 참여자를 대상으로 대면, 전화 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 합의적 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 상담 관계 및 상담 과정에서의 어려움, 환경적-상황적 어려움, 어려움 극복 방법의 3영역과 24개의 중심개념으로 구분되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 외부모형 기업 상담자들의 경험하는 어려움을 이해하고 돕기 위한 방안 및 시사점과 제언을 제시하였다.; In this study, we focus on external model of workplace counseling firms among various types of workplace counseling, examine and understand the difficulties experienced by external counselors who are counseling external model firms, and think about ways to help external counselors I would like to see. To do this, we selected 14 counselors who answered that they had difficulty in counseling the external model company among those who had more than three years of counseling experience and more than 100 counseling cases. In addition, the number of participants in the study was selected to be between 2 and 15 based on the recommendation of Hill et al (2005), and participants were recruited and selected to take into account the locality, age, educational background, and non-business consultation agencies for a representative selection. The data were collected through telephone interviews with the recruited study participants, and the collected data was analyzed through a consensual qualitative analysis method.Consensual qualitative analysis methods have the advantage of being able to study the difficulties of an observable external model corporate counselor more deeply, and to categorize the difficulties to ensure the representativeness of the results. As a result of the study, difficulties in counseling relationship and counseling process, environmental-contextual difficulties, and methods of overcoming difficulties were divided into three areas and 24 central concepts. The first area was divided into six central concepts as it relates to the counseling relationship or the difficulties of the consultation process experienced by external model corporate counselors in conducting the consultation. It included the regret of the short session and the difficulty of intervention, the sudden occurrence of No Show, the difficulty of early termination of the physician, the lack of continuity of consultation, and the tension that persists until the end of the consultation. The second area was divided into eight central areas as it relates to the environmental-contextual difficulties experienced during external model corporate consultation. Securing of places as possible consultations of the difficulties, many needs to be a role as a consultant, the lack of protection not easy to catch a counseling schedule, counselor, distant to conduct a case.You must go through the streets including a recession. The third area was divided into seven central concepts, with areas related to how external model workplace counselors overcome difficulties. They included finding out the best possible places to consult, conducting counseling according to the circumstances, prioritizing the issue of appeals to visitors, supervision, participating in education, and interacting with colleagues in external model workplace counseling. Based on the results of the study, the measures, implications and suggestions for understanding and helping external model workplace counselors' difficulties were presented.
