SNS를 통한 내담자의 상담자 개인 정보 탐색 경험

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 SNS를 통해 상담자의 개인 정보에 접근해 본 적이 있는 내담자의 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하는 것이다. 이에 상담자의 SNS 접근 경험이 있으면서 상담을 3회기 이상을 받은 대학생 내담자 8명을 대상으로 일대일 심층면접을 진행하였고 연구 결과는 합의적 질적 연구(CQR) 방식과 근거이론의 패러다임 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 내담자들에게 상담자의 SNS란 공간이 갖는 의미는 경계심 해소를 위한 선착장이자, 상담자가 사인(私人)으로 호명받는 곳, 상담자가 재현돼 있는 터전, 상담자의 원격현존감이 느껴지는 공간, 상담자와 재회할 수 있는 또 다른 세계인 것으로 나타났다. SNS 접근이 상담자에 대한 친근감과 동질감을 촉진시켜주기도 했지만, 작업동맹 균열에 대한 우려감, 익명의 관중이 된 느낌, 행복 전시에 대한 상대적 박탈감과 같은 불쾌감도 불러오는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 시사점을 논하였다.; The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the experiencesocial media of the clients who have accessed the personal information of the counselor through the social media. One-on one in depth interviews were conducted with 8 college students who had experience of social media access to counselors and received counseling more than 3 sessions. The results were analyzed by CQR method. As a result of the study, the meaning of the space of the counselor 's social media for the client is the pier for the vigilance, the place where the counselor is called as the private person, the place where the counselor is reproduced, the space where the therapist' It is another world that can be reunited. Although social media approach promoted affinity and homogeneity for the counselor, it also showed discomfort such as a feeling of concern about the work alliance crack, an anonymous crowd, and relative deprivation of happiness display. Based on the results of the study, implications for subsequent research were discussed.
