풍수지리 입지선정 요소의 인식특성에 관한 영향요인 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 일반인과 풍수지리 전문가를 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하여 풍수지리의 입지선정 요인인 지리오결 요인, 형기론·이기론 요인, 양택 3대간법 요인이 풍수지리에 대한 신뢰도·선호도·활용도에 미치는 영향을 통계 프로그램인 SPSS Ver. 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반인이 전망과 풍수지리적 주거입지에 대한 높은 인식을 갖는 것, 명당의 혈처가 신뢰도와 선호도에 영향 요인이 큰 것 그리고 산의 앞과 뒤가 활용도에 영향요인이 큰 것은 풍수지리적 식견을 불문하고 여전히 명당을 신뢰하고 지기의 영향을 받은 주거입지를 선호하는 보편적 정서이므로 이를 주택입지와 도시개발등에 활용할 수 있는 방안 도입이 필요하다. 전문가가 장풍국을 갖춘 사신사 형국과 풍수지리적 관심에 높은 인식을 갖는 것, 산의 형세와 변화가 신뢰도와 선호도에 영향요인이 큰 것, 명당의 형상이 활용도에 영향요인이 큰 것은 전문가적인 식견의 결과지만 이는 개인적 인식과 활용의 단계를 넘어 풍수지리의 확산을 위한 대중적 활동과 교육으로 연계되야 한다. 또한 두 그룹의 인식에서 보듯이 풍수지리가 지리학문의 한 분야이므로 학문적 차원으로 연구 발전돼야 하며, 일상생활과 관련된 양택 풍수의 활용성이 더 중요하므로 부동산 분야인 주택과 관련이 있어 개인의 문제를 넘어 지자체나 국가적 차원의 활용방안 수립이 필요하고 전문가의 육성을 통해 과학적 연구가 필요하다. 동양적 인식체계에서 부귀한 삶을 논하는 방법 중에 일 명(命), 이 운(運), 삼 풍수(風水), 사 적선(積善), 오 독서(讀書)가 있다. 즉, 부귀한 삶을 위해서는 천명과 천운을 잘 타고 나거나, 풍수 명당과 인연이 닿거나, 적선을 베풀어 그 공덕을 받거나, 마지막으로 학업에 정진하여 입신출세하는 것이다. 풍수지리에는 탈신공 개천명(奪神功 改天命)이라하여 천명을 얻지 못하였더라도 신의 공력에 힘입어 후천적 개운이 가능함에 대한 신뢰가 형성돼 있기도 하다. 그러나 이런 형이상학적인 인식은 부분적 요소이며 자연환경과 조화를 이루며 최적의 정주환경을 갖추는 입지선정의 요인들이 결국 풍수지리의 보편적 기능이라 할 수 있다.; Feng Shui is a rational and ideal system of harmonization with humans and nature, which is unique to our people who seek the optimal living environment according to the circulation logic of wind and water. Through centuries of empirical and scientific systems, Feng Shui made a series of theoretical developmentst and has been used to select the residential space like land and buildings, and the location of major national facilities. In this context, this study conducted a survey of the public and experts in feng shui and analyzed the effects of selecting the location of feng shui, such as five elements for the energy of good land(지리오결,地理五結), theory of sentence(형기론,形氣論), theory of logic and energy(이기론,理氣論), and three big ways to observe housing(양택3대간법,陽宅3大看法), using the statistical program SPSS Ver. 20.0. The results of the study are as follows. The fact that the public has a high awareness about the outlook and feng shui residential location, the fact that a place where the life of the earth is gathered(명당혈처,明堂穴處) has a large influence on the reliability and preference, and the fact that the front and back of the mountain have a big influence on its utilization is a universal sentiment. As it still trusts a place where the life of the earth is gathered(명당혈처, 明堂穴處) regardless of the feng shui theory, and favors residential locations affected by the energy of the earth(지기,地氣), measures should be introduced to enable it to be used for housing location and urban development. The fact that experts have a high awareness on its feng shui interest and the shape of the guardian deity protecting in four place(사신사,四神砂) which protects the wind(장풍국, 藏風局), the fact that the shape and change of mountains have a great influence on reliability and preference, and the fact that the shape of a place where the life of the earth is gathered(명당, 明堂) has a great influence on the usage, are the results of professional insight. However, this should be linked to popular activities and education to spread feng shui beyond the level of personal awareness and utilization. Also, like seen in the two groups' perceptions, as feng shui is a branch of geography, it should be researched and developed at an academic level. Since the utilization of housing feng shui(양택풍수,陽宅風水) that is related to daily life is more important, establishing measures for the use at the local or national level beyond the problems of the real estate sector and developing scientific research through fostering experts are necessary. Among the ways to discuss a rich and precious life in the eastern recognition system, the first it is an order from heaven(천명,天命), second divine luck(천운,天運), third feng shui(풍수,風水), fourth a great deal of good sharing(적선,積善), and fifth learning(독서,讀書). For rich and precious life, you can either be born with an order from heaven and divine luck, or have a close relationship with feng shui, or have a great deal of good sharing and be rewarded, or finally enter the world with your studies. Feng shui, though it did not earn an order from heaven(천명,天命), still has confidence in the ability of God to turn one’s fortune of life. However, this metaphysical perception is only a partial factor. As a result, a study on the influential factors affecting the perception of location selection elements in feng shui can be considered as the universal functions of Feng Shui
