- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국과 미국의 제 99회 전국체육대회(남자 : 20명, 여자 : 20명), 2018년 Speedo Junior Championships(남자 : 20명, 여자 : 20명) 80명을 분석하였다. 종목은 시합의 접영, 배영, 평영, 자유형 200M를 구간기록, 브레이크 아웃, 스트로크, 호흡을 비교 분석하였으며, 한국과 미국의 경기력과 전략을 분석하여 한국과 미국의 어떠한 차이가 있고 가장 필요한 엘리트 수영선수의 새로운 훈련 프로그램 개발, 기록 갱신을 위해 수영 지도자에게 보다 효율적으로 지도하는데 중요한 자료를 추출하였고 결과는 다음과 같다.
