dc.description.abstractThis paper deals with a digital control of a phase-shift zero-voltage switching (ZVS) full-bridge DC-DC converter. The topology of the power stage is the phase shift zero voltage switching full-bridge converter. To improve the efficiency of the converter, the zero voltage switching control method is employed for main switches operation, and the synchronous rectifier circuit is applied at the output side of the converter. In addition, a current doubler rectification method which is suitable for low voltage high current output is applied. Application of the converter is LDC (Low Voltage DC-DC Converter) for electric vehicles and simultaneously MCU (Micro Controller Unit) is used for integrated control of the electric vehicles. In order to prove the validity of this converter operation, a 1.5kW (15V / 100A) converter was designed and fabricated. Through experiments, it was proved that the maximum efficiency of 93% was achieved under the condition of input voltage 300V / output current 22A.; 본 논문에서는 디지털 제어를 통한 위상천이 영전압 스위칭(ZVS) 풀-브릿지 DC-DC 컨버터에 대해 논하였다. 파워 스테이지의 토폴로지는 위상천이 영전압 스위칭 풀-브릿지 방식을 적용하였고, 컨버터의 효율향상을 위해 주 스위치의 영전압 스위칭 제어기법과 출력단에 동기정류기 회로를 적용하였다. 또한 저전압 대전류 출력에 적합한 배전류 정류 방식을 적용하였다. 이 컨버터를 전기자동차용 LDC(Low Voltage DC-DC Converter)컨버터에 적용하였으며, 전기자동차 내부의 전력변환장치의 통합제어를 위한 MCU(Micro Controller Unit)를 이용하였다. 이 컨버터 동작의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 1.5kW(15V/100A)급 컨버터를 설계 및 제작하였으며, 실험을 통하여 입력전압 300V/출력전류 22A의 조건에서 최대 93%의 효율이 달성됨을 확인하였다.-
