고위경영진의특징, 기업혁신능력과 정치적관련간의 관계에 대한 연구

Abstract

창업기업의 혁신 능력은 기업의 발전에 중요하고 다양한 요인의 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 2011년말이전에 심천 “창업판”에 출시된 스타트업 회사의 2016년 단면 데이터를 표본으로 하여 STATA 14.0를 사용하여 기업정치관련, 고위 경영진 특징과 창업기업의 혁신 능력 사이의 관계, 그리고 고위경영진특징이 기업의 정치 관련과 혁신능력사이의 관계에 미치는 영향을 검토하여, 다음과 같은 주요한 결론을 도출하였다: 첫째, 기업과 정부의 관련이 기업의 혁신능력사이에 순방향의 U형관계가 있다. 둘째, 고위경영진의 이질성이 기업의 혁신 능력에 부의 영향을 미친다. 세째, 고위경영진의 임기가 기업 정치적관련과 기업의 혁신 능력 사이에 부(-)의 조절효과를 미치고 있다. 네째, 고위경영진의 교육수준이 기업 정치적관련과 기업의 혁신능력사이에 정(+)의 조절효과를 미치고있다. 결과는 가설과 다른 부분이 많으며, 이런 흥미로운 결과에 대해 본인의 관점을 제시했다.; The ability of a start-up company to innovate is important to the development of the company and affected by various factors. Using STATA 14.0 as a sample of 2016 section data of a startup company released in the "Startup Edition" in Shenzhen before the end of 2011, the following main conclusions were drawn by reviewing the relationship between business politics, high management characteristics and innovation capabilities of a start-up company, and the impact of high management characteristics on the relationship between a company's politics and innovation capabilities: First, there is a U-type relationship between corporate and government related companies' ability to innovate. Second, the heterogeneity of senior management affects a company's ability to innovate. Third, the term of senior management is having a negative effect on the relationship between business and political relations and the ability to innovate. Fourth, the level of education of senior management has a positive effect on the adjustment between corporate and political relations and corporate innovation capabilities. Results differ a lot from hypotheses, and these interesting results presented a differentiation view.
