- 이 논문은 설문 조사를 통하여 한국인의 말하기 능력 평가에 대한 전문가 및 일반인의 요구를 분석하고, 말하기 능력 평가 도구 개발을 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 설문의 내용은 말하기 능력 평가 방식과 평가 항목, 현행 평가 실태와 문제점 등에 관한 것으로서, 이 조사의 결과를 바탕으로 말하기 능력 평가의 목표 및 내용 구성의 방향을 제안하였다.
