dc.description.abstractMixing of independent fluid is of significant in microfluidics but is difficult to mix solutions in microchannels. Also, efficient mixing is hampered by comparatively slow molecular diffusion process at this micro-scale. In this study, when changed groove depth, length, angle of geometries of passive micromixer, was compared to effect each geometry models and mixing characteristics. Mixing charateristics is analyzed by a 3D-structured grid CFD simulations.en_US
