Abstract
A Sampling-Rate-Converter commonly used for audio application needs to be designed for various frequencies and system specifications. In this research, a design platform for the automation of converter design is developed and several prototype sampling frequency converters are designed. The automatic design system gets required input from the designers and automatically completes HDL designs.
