Today it proved that environmental matters such as global warming, atmosphere pollution, acid rain were resulted from consumption of energy using fossil fuels. But Domestic construction work to consume more than the of total fossil fuels quantity is not ready to consider a measure quarter about those matters. This study analyzed LCA through calculating quantity of construction materials following remodeling of apartment, energy consumption and CO2 discharge. We found that step of maintenance and repair is charge most of environmental loads. Thus environmental loads could be diminished through controling of these steps.en_US
