Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the policies, facilities, budgets, coaches, and sports programs to leisure sports oplicy for the aged focusing on document study and primary data based on public finance among 25-local actonomy system in Seoul and furthermore is to offer basic knowledges to the senior citizens` welfare policy. In order to achieve this purpose, sample was selected local autonomy system in Seoul through the Judgement Sampling out of non-probability sampling and finally Gangnam-Gu, Seocho -Gu as the developed Gu, and Gngbuk-Ku, Jungnang-Gu as the developing Gu were selected as a sample. Documents and comparative studyin gmethode was used for the case of analyzing the data. First, documents study was made up of previous data and primary data about leisure welfare plicy and sports for all concern senior citizens` welfare. Second, comparative study was composed of five section of policies, facilities, budgets, coaches, and sports porgrams of leisure sprts policy for the aged in 4 local autonomy system. The results of this study area s following: 1. This study attempted to analyze the difference in weight of policy concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accrdance with public finance. Form the results, there was on significant difference in 4 local autonomy system depending on weight of oplicy concern leisure sports oplicy for the aged in accordance with public finance.2. This study attempted to alalyze the difference in number of facilities concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there was significant difference in 4local autonomy system depending on number of facilities concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. 3. This study attempted to analyze the difference in budget concerning liisure sports policy of the aged in accordance with public finance. Form the results, there was significant difference in 4local autonmy system depending on budget concerning leisure sports policy for the aged in accordacnce with public finance. 4. This study attempted to analyze the difference in number of leader concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. Form the results, there was no significant difference in 4 local autonomy system depending on number of leader concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. 5. This study attempted to analyze the difference in diversity of program and the standard quality concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance.From the results, there was no significant difference in 4 local autonmy system depending on diversity of program and the standard quality concern leisure sports policy for the gaed in accrdace with public finance.
