Abstract
Lifestyles of Health and Sustain Ability (LOHAS), as the environmentally friendly trend, has aroused interest in cotton, yam, silk and wool that are not harmful to the baby. In particular, silk feels soft to touch and its drape is one of the material properties. Nowadays, as the natural textile, the silk fabric has widely been used by many people, with lifestyles of Health and sustain ability(LOHAS), and has applied to a variety of products, including medical supplies, and cosmetics, as well as clothing. LOHAS means that all people share healthy culture and environment. There are graft, yeomchuk, jeungrang and saerishinjungchak treatment in chemical processes, in particular, Yeomchuk. is treated in boiling water with neutral salt, It is possible to express 3D design by shrinking processes. But the neutral salts that have been used in shrinking are very harmful to health, Above all, they are mainly responsible for environmental pollution. Thus, this study aims at developing an environmentally friendly natural shrinking chemical agent to decrease environmental pollution and unharmful to heath, and at analyzing the possibility of 3D textile material expression, applying to silk fabric. As one of the most natural textiles, the silk fabric was used as an experimental material to understand its shrinking rates and property, after treating it with the environmentally friendly chemical agent. The following is the results of this study. Firstly, the natural shrinking chemical agent called `Chorangak liquid" is the most suitable, when it is in the ratio of glacial acetic acid 200ml: eggshell 20g. Secondly, by saerishin dissolution, the higher reduced rate is, the lower shrinking rate is. On the contrary, the more progressive the treatment processes are, the higher the shrinking rate becomes. Thirdly, the silk fabric after treatment showed higher intensity than it before treatment. The higher reduced rate is, the more increasable the intensity becomes. Lastly, after the treatment of Chorangak liquid, the shindo of the silk fabric showed variously changes by time and reduced rates. When it took a long treatment process, the shino increased, but at 17.74% of reduced rate, shindo showed high in general. As mentioned above, it is believed that the natural chemical agent `Chorangak liquid` is a very great chemical agent for the shrinking of silk fabric. Intensity and Shindo also were effective. However, what is more necessary is an in-depth study of thickness, weight and color fastness and so on.
