Abstract
Textile industry has developed for about 30 years as one of the exporting-centered strategic industry, But it has shown some problems by results of using strategies based on the low-wage policy to produce and export since the end of 1980s, during radical changing period in domestic and overseas. To strengthen competitive edge and to overcome such those problems, the government and enterprises make an effort to develop the knowledge based business through efficiency and automatic management system on e-business. For the purpose of this study is to offering theoretical data to develop textile fashion industry by analyzing into e-Business Consulting, Creative Design and Web-site constructing & management for building web-based one-line system and promoting e-Biz in Client Server Environment like Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) in the past. Therefore, this study aims to strengthening the competitiveness and developing textile fashion industry in Korea by presenting strengthening and development strategies of textile fashion industry through e-Business. The strategies are in the below. First, there should be the free and safe environment by arranging improvement of computerized environment preparing the systematic rules and instruments to enlarge e-Business. Second, experts or specialists who will deal with some technologies and market demands related into next generation e-Business should be brought up by enterprises or the government through electronic commerce standard and e-Business base strategy. Third, it is necessary to build an e-cooperation infrastructure strategies between conglomerates, medium, and small firms and to build global network as well as local market. Therefore, it is believed that the quality of our life will be improved by ubiquitous commerce, with expanding of productivity and transparent by presenting strengthening and development strategies of textile fashion industry to build e-business management system with exploring the experts, techniques, and standardization, construct the supporting base such as distribution, electron payment system, security, and environment formation, and set accountable way to the e-Business from the traditional industry in the past. And, it is expected that various things will cooperate for developing design techniques of textile fashion industry, employment sharing, build network infrastructure, technological share, business efficiency, and using internet for the globalization of e-business in textile fashion design.
