천연 초란각액 처리가 견직물의 염색성에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 천연 초란각액이 수축가공의 역할과 더불어 직물에 처리하였을 때 염색성에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 알아보아 천연 초란각액이 활용도를 넓이고, 직물디자인 및 섬유디자인에서 염색작품으로 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하며 나아가 고부가가치 직물생산이 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구범위 및 방법으로는 초란각액을 처리한 직물과 초란각액을 처리하지 않은 직물에 천연염료인 Madder로 시간의 변인에 따른 염색성의 변화를 알아보았다. 또한 볏짚매염제로 선매염과 후매염을 실시하여 염색성의 변화를 알아보았으며 마찰견뢰도, 땀견뢰도, 드라이크리닝견뢰도를 알아보아 천연 초란각액 처리시의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 천연 초란각액을 처리한 직물이 천연 초란각액을 처리하지 않은 직물에 비하여 염색성이 향상되었고, 천연 초란각액을 처리 한 견직물을 염색할 시 시간을 10분, 20분, 30분으로 처리한 결과 시간이 길수록 염색성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 염료로 사용한 Madder의 화학 구조 중 OH기가 산(acid)과 결합하여 염색성을 향상시킨 것으로 분석 된다. 또한 매염제처리 시 볏짚 매염제로 선매염과 후매염을 실시 한 결과 선매염에서 염색성이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 천연 초란각액으로 처리한 직물과 매염처리 한 직물의 염색성에는 별 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이것으로 보아 천연 초란각액은 염색성을 향상에 영향을 줄 뿐 만아니라 직물의 수축과 함께 염색성을 향상시킴으로써 따로 매염제 처리를 하지 않아도 되어 섬유공정 단계를 줄이는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마찰견뢰도, 땀견뢰도, 드라이크리닝견뢰도에서 천연 초란각액 처리 전·후 모든 직물에서 4-5등급을 나타났며, 그 중 드라이크리닝 견뢰도에서는 천연 초란각액 처리 전 4-5등급이었던 것이 천연 초란각액 처리 후 5등급으로 향상되어 드라이크리닝견뢰도를 또한 높이는 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study aims at how textile has an effect on dyeing property, the application of Chorankak liquid, a possibility that can apply a work of dying in textile design, and higher value-add textile production, when Chorankak liquid treats the textile with shrinking, As a result, the dying property of silk fabrics that is treated with natural Chorankak liquid has improved, compared with that of another textile that is treated without it. When the silk fabric by Chorankak liquid dyes in 10, 20 and, 30 minutes, this study learned that the longer time of dyeing is, the more the dying property becomes improvable. Also, pre-mordant by rice straw improved dyeing property after silk fabrics was treated with pre-and post-mordant, However, the result was showed that there were no differences between the natural Chorankak liquid treatment textile and mordant treatment one. Judging from the fact, the natural Chorankak liquid improves dyeing property with textile shrinking, which means textile processes can be reduced without mordant treatment. In addition, all the dyeing property got grade 4-5 in friction, dry cleaning, and sweat fastness before/after the natural Chronkak liquid treatment. Above all, dry cleaning fastness improved into grade 5 after Chorankak liquid treatment. which means the Choronkak liquid enhances the dry cleaning fastness.
