dc.description.abstractAs the high speed rail to be opened at 2004, the Regional railway has been developed. But LOS(Level of Service) in the most areas in the areas that are not served high speed rail(KTX) lines and some sections has lower than road transport. Lower LOS will occur decline in either demand or operating revenue. Generally, the method to develop LOS has presented speed, travel time, and fare and so on. We will provide method to develop LOS(Level of Service) in Regional Railway and suggest utilized operation patterns through analyze the Regional railway operating pattern.en_US
