Abstract
This study examined the current status of the curriculum of the university dance major division (department) by introducing the system of arts&culture educators in Korea through a survey and comparative analysis of the university dance major division (department) according to the introduction of the arts&culture educator system. The results of this study are as follows: First, the curriculum of the university dance major division (department) with the introduction of the arts&culture educator system should be opened further due to the positive influence of arts and culture education. Also, the same course from the arts&culture educator system should be further established in the curriculum of the university dance major division (department). Second, in order to cultivate professionals of culture and arts education, students should be able to acquire the qualifications of an arts&culture educator from educational institutions as equivalent of the university dance major division(department) so that dance major students can get certified as they graduate, which would broaden their employment opportunities.
