Abstract
이 연구는 학문분야별로 습득한 전문지식을 바탕으로 산업체가 필요로 하는 과제를 학생들이 팀을 구성하여 해결함으로써 창의성과 실무능력, 팀워크, 리더십을 배양하는 교과로써 체육대학에 적합한 스포츠 캡스톤디자인 수업모형을 개발하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 개발절차로 1단계 목표설정, 2단계 수업모형 구성, 3단계 수업모형 적용, 4단계 검증 및 평가, 5단계 최종수업모형 개발이 진행되었다. 그 결과 1단계 목표설정으로 스포츠기업과 연계하고 팀워크 및 능력을 향상하며 새로운 결과물을 만들 수 있어야 한다. 2단계 수업모형 구성으로 교수자의 기업을 대상으로 수업모형을 구성하였다. 3단계 수업모형 적용으로 16차시 수업을 실행하였다. 4단계 검증 및 평가로 학습자의 만족도는 높았으며, 교수는 대학차원의 지원을 요구하였다. 산업체는 가장 미온적 평가를 하였다. 5단계 최종수업모형 개발로 교수자의 수업준비 부담을 줄이고, 학습자의 학습동기를 높이며 다양한 기업의 참여를 유도하기 위한 최종적인 스포츠 캡스톤디자인 수업모형을 개발하였다. This study aims to develop a sports capstone design instructional model appropriate for a college of physical education to achieve the goal of education in cultivate creativity, practical ability, teamwork, and leadership by planning and solving the problems that required by an industry based on the expert knowledge gained by each field of study. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, the development process was composed of follows: Step 1 “Goal setting,” Step 2 “Composition of an instruction model,” Step 3 “Application of the instruction model,” Step 4 “Verification and evaluation,” and Step 5 “Development of final instruction model.” As a result of the development, in Step 1 “Goal setting,” It shall be in a direct relation with sports companies, relevant to teamwork, contribute to improving the ability desired by the company through career navigation and a new experience, and able to make creative and new results. In Step 2 “Composition of an instruction model,” the instruction model was constructed with the instructor's collaborative corporations. In Step 3 “Application of the instruction model,” a 16-week course of sports capstone design was executed. In Step 4 “Verification and evaluation,” learners were generally satisfied, and the instructor demanded the support from the level of the university. The industries made the most lukewarm evaluation. In last Step 5 “Development of the final instruction model,” the final instruction model for sports capstone design was developed to lessen instructors' burden of preparation for a class, enhance learners' learning motivation and induce various company's participation.
