대학부설 평생교육원의 취업지원을 위한 코칭기반 교육프로그램 수혜자의 요구도 분석

Abstract

취업난을 해결하기 위하여 국가적인 차원에서 다양한 취업지원프로그램을 지원하고 있으며 교육과학기술부는 교육역량강화 사업을 실시하여 취업을 지원하는 대학 및 지자체 평생교육 원과 같은 기관을 통하여 취업을 지원하기 위한 다양한 정책과 방안을 모색하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 교육 수혜자들의 요구가 직접적으로 반영되어지기에는 아직 한계가 있 을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 보다 직접적인 교육 수혜자들의 요구에 대한 탐색을 통하여 취업지원 교육에 있어 강화 되어야할 부분들을 모색하고자하였으며, 이에 본 연구는 취업지원교육에 참여하여 구직 활동 및 취업역량강화를 필요로 하는 대상자들을 중심으로 코칭기반 역량강화 교육을 실시하고 코칭 질문을 바탕으로 하는 인터뷰를 통하여 대상자의 요구를 깊이 있게 탐색하고 연구하고자 인터뷰내용을 중심으로 다빈도 용어도출을 통한 질적 연구형식에 부합하도록 구 성하여 전개하였다. 취업지원 교육에 있어 코칭에 기반을 둔 요구도 조사를 양적연구 및 후속 연구를 위한 방향 성을 제시하고자하였다.

The Republic of Korea supports various employment support programs at the national level in order to solve employment difficulties. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is seeking various policies and measures to support employment through institutions such as universities and local government lifelong education institutes that support employment as part of an educational capacity building project. However, there is still a limit to how directly the needs of the beneficiaries of education are reflected. In this study we tried to find the parts that need strengthening in employment support education through exploring the needs of the more direct beneficiaries. This study conducted the needs of the beneficiaries of education, which was centered on people who participate in education and need to search for a job. Through employment capacity building, and interviews based on coaching questions, we sought to explore and study people's needs in depth. Thus the contents of the interview were structured to conform to the qualitative research format. This study suggests that direction for quantitative research and follow-up research is necessary for the analysis of needs in employment support education.
